The Pro-Genital Mutilation-Establishment’s Deceitful Argument is that of “Legality”; even “DUTY”.
Fallacious arguments usually have the deceptive appearance of being sane arguments.
Having the capability to recognize fallacies in arguments is one way to end these constructs of deceit.
Any attempt to facilitate informed debate and to put the circumcision debate into perspective, discussions on the Global Collective Child Abuse of >forced circumcision of children and adults< remains elusive as long as the prevailing and all in all unintelligible notions of existence of a “legal” or “ethical” parental, religious, traditional or medical “right” to do this to a child or to an adult are the base of such debates, and the notions of child protection; of the universal declaration of human rights, and of the principia of liberal democracy and its fundamental concept of right state law continue to be as myopic and self-deceptive.
